    The Spanish use the English phrase Eiderdown (not Duvet) and translated it's "edredón"

    Sizes in Spain and most of continental Europe are in CM's and are as follows:

    Single = 90x200 CM
    Double = 140x200 CM
    King = 160x200 CM

    From: Bed size - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    I think that Ikea now do a standard range too! Although my SIL bought a mattress just last week thinking that it was a standard double (ie not an IKEA double) and it was a fraction too large for the double bed.

    Zara Home also do lovely duvets and covers to go with them. There´s one in Area Sur, don´t know if that´s the closest to you Val.

    Val Aire Sur is Cadiz side of Jerez, the new Ikea there is not open yet, not sure what the shopping centre where Ikea in Seville is called but I don't think there is a Zara Home there. In Arie Sur in Jerez there is also a Primark that sell quilts and bedding (English size) at very good prices.
