Santander Spain selling off properties upto half price!

Altamira Santander Real Estate has launched a compaign to sell off part of its stock with a 35%-50% discount.

The compaign lasts from 25th November to 31 December and properties are available all over Spain, including some commerical.

Did you take the time to look at it Darren they are about the same price as before

......and they all seem to be on the same part, maybe even the same block?

The ones I've checked seems so they obviously were the Bank Guarantor for developments where the developer went bankrupt and now trying to offload the entire project 'cheap'

The only ones I looked at was the ones in Ayamonte as I roughly knew the prices of a year or so ago and they're definately a lot cheaper!

But as with all Spanish housing still overpriced for what you get. ;-))
They struggle to sell for 120k even in a lively coast area.

I've seen some two bedroom flats on offer in Ciempozuelos (35 minutes away from Madrid) for 75,000€, unthinkable just a year ago. Possibly prices are being driven down less on the coasts, though.
