Can I ask if that is that based on actual evidence or simply your opinion. I had severe pain for months a few years ago and started taking one a day and before long my pain was easing. I did not take any other pills nor change my diet. I still have a few a week and have had no reoccurrence of the problem.

Sorry. I should have gone into a little more detail but like I said above I was just about to go to bed. Actimel etc do work for people that need the probiotics they contain but they are just an expensive way of taking probiotics with sugar. No health food needs to contain sugar.

Much better today guy's, been very good about what I have eaten, popped into the farmacia this morning and he gave me a packet of dog's do da's John and I have found then very helpful.

I don't think I have anything wrong with me, I believe it is because I was so violently sick on Sunday and then unable to eat for a few days it just caused a massive attack of gas.
