Calahonda Business Fair

In response to the credit crunch, Marleen Gosselin, owner of The Black Cat Bar in Calahonda, is organising a low cost business fair to help small to medium sized businesses from La Cala to Elviria promote themselves. It will be held on Saturday 21st March from 11.00-18.00 and Sunday 22nd March from 11.00-15.00 at Las Postas Comercial Centre Calahonda and is a great way to promote yourself cost-effectively.

This is a non profit making event to help businesses stay afloat during these difficult times. A stand costs between 120 and 150 Euros for two days of high visibility promotion and is just one way to try to resist the current downturn. It was actually, we weren´t expecting much to be honest as it was all done at such a low cost. The local press were very helpful and Georgina got tons of PR for the event which showed. Not sure on the numbers as I don´t think it was measured but we certainly had a lot of people come by the stand and got a whole pile of business cards so fingerscrossed we´ll get some work from it
