Default sky free to view card (new white one)

Can anyone help? Our son in UK is willing to get a new card for us and post it over to us, but we can't find anything on the sky website about how to apply for one. Has anyone got a weblink at all?

the main site for the free to view cards is...

    Home - FREESAT from Sky

accoding to people i have spoken to if you ask for a new FTV card sky are still sending out old blue house ones....whereas if you order a new sky subscription card you will be send a new white one....

there are a few possible reasons for this...
they will be the last cards to be replaced...(getthe sub cards out of the way first)
they will not be replaced (keep using blue house cards)
the will no longer be needed (they were produced by sky as they were origianlly required to view itv c4 and five...well all of these channels are available (24/7 in the uk at least!) for free without a sky card so do sky now have to produce them?)
