Heat the oven to gas mark 5 or electric 375’F or 190’C.
Chop the chocolate and mix together.
Put in the remaining ingredients into a bowl.
Beat until smooth.
Add most of the chocolate and mix.
Grease a baking tray.
Get a teaspoon of cookie mixture and put on to the greased baking tray. Continue until all the cookie mixture is used up.
Leave lots of space around each cookie as they swell when they are cooking and will stick together.
Sprinkle remaining chocolate over cookies.
Cook for 5ish minutes.
Cool for a few minutes until hard.
Move onto a cooling tray.
