If you click on it and goto youtube website to view it and click on "watch in HD" it's rather beautiful

The HD bit on TV's relates to the number of lines that make up the picture. True High Def is 1080 lines, most computer monitors these days display at a much better resolution than that anyway, including laptops, so as long as your internet connection is broadband, the picture should be fine. Any stuttering is likely to be down to the net connection.
I watch iPlayer on HD all the time, its so much betterer....... but then I do have a Mac!
